We collect information such as name, phone number, email address and desired position from Visitors to the Career pages of the Website (“Applicants”). We also collect information contained on resumes voluntarily uploaded by Applicants.

Other than the WARRIOR Entities, no other person or company will be third-party beneficiaries to the Terms.
