MANAGING MEMBER
Since 1981, Mr. DuCharme has held various oil and gas positions beginning as a roustabout and pumper. He formed his own company, JSD Resources, in 1985, and was president of a small public company, Petrok Energy, Inc., from 1988 through 1992.
Mr. DuCharme maintains an excellent working relationship with the Bureau of Indian affairs, and the Department of the Interior branch located in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, which manages all the minerals in Osage County.
Mr. DuCharme graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a major in management and a minor in marketing and finance.
Robert T. Knappe, Jr.
MANAGING MEMBER
Mr. Knappe manages various divisions and affiliated companies that provide support and services for the development and production of oil and gas properties. He also oversees the accounting and financial services functions.
Mr. Knappe has held various management positions with both private and public companies. From 1986 until 1992, he worked closely with Mr. DuCharme in various oil and gas companies, serving in the capacity of President, CFO, or CEO.
Mr. Knappe graduated from Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado, with Bachelor’s degrees in petroleum geology, management and accounting.
James W. Virden
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Mr. Virden manages oil and gas production and is responsible for daily field operations for the company.
Mr. Virden has been responsible for the initial setup and production of more than 500 wells in Osage and Washington counties. His management expertise includes the design and installation of infrastructure and production facilities which are required for production of oil and gas wells and the marketing of the associated product.
Mr. Virden graduated from high school in 1974 and has been in the oil and gas production business since. He has been involved in ownership and management positions related to the well servicing business for many years.
